The mosaic representing Our Lady of Philermos, Patron Saint of the Order of Malta, was inaugurated in the Vatican Gardens in Rome this morning. The work, created by the master mosaicist Roberto Cassio, is the result of an initiative promoted by the Order of Malta’s Ambassador to the Philippines, Odelia Gregorio Arroyo.
