Call for Donation: COVID-19
As the country continues to curb the local spread of the coronavirus disease, several health groups— including frontliners themselves— are appealing for medical supplies amid dwindling stocks of the products.
Government hospitals have asked for the following donations:
Personal Protective equipment (PPE):
• Masks: surgical masks and N95 masks
• Surgical Disposables: Surgical caps, fluid repellant shoe cover
• Gowns: disposable medical gowns
• Googles: splash face shields
• Disinfectants: 70% Ethyl alcohol, hand soaps
Vitamins: Vitamin C
Vital Supplies: food, water, coffee and biscuits
To transport more specimen to Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) in Alabang, Muntinlupa for testing, hospitals need the following:
• ice buckets
• ice packs
In kind donations may be given to the Order of Malta Philippines located at 1120 F R Hidalgo Street, Quiapo, Manila. Monetary donations may also be deposited to the Philippine Hospitaller Foundation of the Order of Malta, Inc. with Philtrust Bank Account Number 00320-009655-2.
