To celebrate the Jubilee of the Sick 2000, the Mass for the Sick and HealthCare Workers was held at the Manila Metropolitan Cathedral and solemnized by His Eminence Jaime Cardinal L. Sin, D.D., Archbishop of Manila and Bailiff Grand Cross of Honor and Devotion, SMOM. More than one thousand sick and health care workers participated in this spiritual gathering and the occasion, which was co-sponsored by the Health Care Ministry of the Archdiocese of Manila, was a success as manifested by the fulfilled mission and vision of this spiritual occasion.
