The Philippine Association also supports organizations that provide medical, dental, and surgical services to areas that requested medical help. During times of disaster and emergencies, these groups were also mobilized to include relief operations in areas affected. The services provided by this team were shown during the 1990 earthquake that jolted most parts of Luzon and the Mt. Pinatubo eruption in 1991 where emergency assistance in Central Luzon was necessary on a large extent.

In several of these missions, PASMOM played important tasks of coordinating with local parishes and medical personnel of the target area as well as other logistical problems which include food, lodging and transportation. A full mission outside Metro Manila usually takes three to seven days of work and travel.
