The banner project of the Order of Malta, Philippines is the Advocacy Program for the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) of HIV/AIDS. With a group of volunteer experts from the San Lazaro Hospital, the Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC) and private practitioners, the Order has collated information, statistics, medical and non-medical facts in the management of HIV/AIDS as well as counselling, into a manual for the Advocacy Program for HIV/AIDS in the Philippines. The Project Director is Dr. Perla N. Ablan, who has been relentless in her efforts to bring to completion the much needed program.

AIDS Candlelight Memorial Celebration
